At last..Jailbreaking is now legal in the US… The concept of unlocking an iPhone and using unofficial applications ended up in a legal case in the United States, with the country’s Copyright Office ruling that “the practice of removing restrictions on third-party applications fell under fair use guidelines”.
It doesn’t make any sense where one already paid the full price for the unit and yet restricted from doing whatever one wants with the unit… Basically it boils down to greed. As for me, I don’t have an IPhone, I’m waiting for Android to become stable….
